Thanks for the ideas.

As resort owners we are in the lookout for a PR company that can get our pure Eco message across and also get through to the correct audience. There are several problems, one ... a lot of Green PR companies are merely traditional PR companies with a new website that picks up stray Eco projects like ours. Two ... green and Eco have been abused so much by resorts/hotels that it is almost impossible for the real deal to be noticed. I mean the 'normal' concrete box resorts that are then given a little bit of bamboo and a yoga platform and are now "Eco resorts". I don't mind that per se, it is just that our more 'pure' message is lost.

Great article, I agree with all your strategies but like Beth feel that traditional media should not be discounted. Building relationships with print journalists via twitter is a great strategy.

According to my own exploration, millions of persons in the world get the loans from different banks. So, there is a good chance to get a car loan in all countries.

People's Capitalism: A Business Model for the 21st Century

Entrepreneurs from all over the world are discovering the benefits of the Japanese keiretsu business model built on collaboration and cross-ownership.

Under the keiretsu model, which helped fuel Japan's “Economic Miracle” after WW2, a group of large publicly traded industrials band together with a bank to prosper together.

Under the new “Industry Aggregation” model small to medium sized companies band together in similar fashion to prosper together.

There are ten Industry Aggregation projects aggregating ten different industries currently, including sustainable living.

You can find out more about Industry Aggregation at http://www.humanpotentialsunlimited.com

There is an informational vacuum due to constant public concern for Green, but corporate America needs more trained and experienced Green consultants. Those ready for a career that is ready for Green leaders should check out www.GreenCleanConsultant.com

Busy corporations often default to token efforts and superficial projects because they lack solid leadership and professional resources. Many business are already sold on Green, but struggle to implement a program that can allow them to progressively renovate their program.

Unless the committed Green leaders step into this information vacuum, we will find that the blind are leading the blind again. Become the outsourced Green adviser, and businesses will beat a path to your door. www.greencleanconsultant.com

Great discussion everyone.

My latest campaign, www.JunkRaft.com, taught our agency that both traditional and new media are great ways to get the message out to mass consumers quickly.

The trick? Keep the story interesting. Green doesn't make the story; the details, challenges, hardships, successes, and personalities all contribute to the story. With these working for you, there's not that much competition in the end. Give the journalists what they want -- challenge, controversy, success, failure, innovation, humor, insipiration and other good elements of story-telling.
