Sounds good…but will the new BIB packaging be Bisphenol-A (BPA) free? If not then buyers could be contaminating themselves at the cost of saving BTU’s. I suggest that the vintners label the new BIB packaging as either being BPA free or containing BPA as a warning.

There are already some really nice boxed wines that are shattering preconceptions of what being “boxed” means. Our favorite is Pinot Evil, but we’ve also enjoyed Black Box, Killer Juice and Hardy’s.
