While it is good that Green has become a popular lifestyle choice, oftentimes the marketing side, the &quot;greenwashing,&quot; ends up doing more harm than good. The whole point of green living is to reduce our harmful impact on the environment, which means that the true green consumer should be thinking about their footprint. But with green marketing, people simply buy green because it&#039;s trendy and probably don&#039;t actually give any more thought to their environmental impact. In some ways, it just feeds consumerism, which is ultimately deleterious to planet. More:

		<description>I really liked this post. It is rare that I have seen it addressed about the over-exposure of things that are good and their negative effect on the overall movement. 

I think that it is kinda funny how suddenly green everyone is now that their pocketbook is at stake. Not surprising, but better late than never. Go Earth!!</description>
