		<description>Hi Gordon, I agree that demonstrating the strong potential, and probability, of high profits is key. A couple of weeks ago, I spoke with someone who believed that double-bottom line investors would accept lower financial returns, to which I replied that &quot;green&quot; and other social benefits are just a screen by which investors narrow the number of businesses they look at. However, within the companies that make it through that screen, investors are still looking for very high financial returns for taking the risk to invest in an early-stage company. 		<description>I think with any business green or not is to have a solid business plan that is well thought out and shows a strong possibility of profit. It is easy to easy to make money and be green, it just takes planning and hard work.</description>
