But I still can't figure out how much help there is for small clean and green companies in the stimulus package. For example, what form does the help to energy efficiency installers/retrofitters come in? Is it tax credits for weatherizing, retrofitting, etc? That seems dubious in a recession. If you don't have a job, then it won't matter how much of a tax credit you get because you can't afford to weatherize. Is it in the form of grants? How are those going to help ecopreneurs?
