We're launching a new product in London tomorrow called the SmartTRASHER - specifically to encourage domestic kitchen recycling by making it easy, efficient, and stylish! There has been interest from several companies in the USA already. Please come and have a look at the SmartTRASHER at http://smarttrasher.com - and let me know what you think!

Jennifer,

Great article and easy read. You've got some great companies listed above - they all are doing a great job. So good, in fact, that I linked up your article on our blog.

All the best to you,

Jason

Great post here. I love Earth911 and its comprehensive news section, and it's great to see LampRecycling.com as well. The EasyPak containers available through LampRecycling.com not only help you recycle, but being able to track your waste over time and have it certified keeps you in the clear in case of regulatory audits.

By the way, I currently write the blog for LampRecyclin.com- you can check us out at http://blog.lamprecycling.com.

Keep up the good blogging!

Thanks Roger! ReCORK sounds terrific. Have you thought about targeting wine/liquor stores?

Please add our wine cork recycling program to your list our resources: ReCORK America recycles natural cork wine closures into useful products such as shoe soles, flooring, building insulation and more. Natural cork stoppers, unlike petroleum-based synthetic closures or metal screw caps, are truly sustainable. And we don't cut down the trees!

Check us out at www.recorkamerica.com.

Make a difference -- one cork at a time!
