New research shows a significant number of Americans plan to cut their paper consumption in half in the next 5-10 years. That’s one of the findings of a new survey of 1,000 Americans conducted by TNS global on behalf of Nitro – the maker of PDF products. Nitro developed the survey to find out why offices have not gone paperless in the age of iPhones, tablets, and computers.

I think that the trend of the paperless office/environment is just going to grow since the younger generations are more comfortable using smartphones and tablets for note taking and similar activities, rather than good old paper.
Great infographic from Nitro, thank you for sharing! It truly does seem that America is ready for the paperless office. I’m excited to see more companies make the transition this year!
